It is reported that the management of 'SAITM' has decided to sell off the building and the land for Rs. 3.5 billion, the 'Maurata' reports.
The 3-acre, 1-rood and 38-perch land has two completed five-storey buildings, a half-completed building and a 600-seat auditorium.
It is said that the decision has been taken to settle the bank loan and to set up a new university in another location and accordingly advertisements are to be published in the future.
